A Long Island man who went missing has been found.
Jeffrey Tognetti, age 24, of Mineola had last been seen around 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 26.
On Friday afternoon, Aug. 27, police announced he was located.

Police are asking the public for help locating a missing Long Island man.
Nassau County Police said Jeffrey Tognetti, age 24, of Mineola was last seen around 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 26.
Tognetti is described as being 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen on Old County Road in Mineola, police said.
His destination and clothing description are unknown, said police.
Detectives request anyone with information or who may spot Tognetti to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
